Graham Whites was launched in August 2009 to match landlords to the hundreds of people who approach us for advice and assistance each month. We are also currently working with large number of agents across London. 

We realise that letting your property can be complicated, costly and sometimes frustrating. We focus on providing a service that is as straightforward as possible.

Graham Whites Online Estate Agents have been designed and put together soley to save landlords and client money. We don't have the costly overheads of a high street presence and pass these savings onto our clients & landlords in the form of lower fees.

As the leading high street agents do, we advertise our clients' properties on major property portals such as findaproperty.com, primelocation.com, rightmove.com or zoopla.co.uk, and a host of others.

We offer an extremely responsive, high quality service. Our letting fee is all-inclusive and includes preparing the legal documentation, coordinating minor pre tenancy works, installing a board, conducting all viewings and screening applicants.

We also don't feel it's right to charge landlords (or tenants) full renewal fees. We dont charge you a penny.

All private landlords and their agents are required to register with the local authority in which they let a property. 

The purpose of the scheme is to assess whether landlords and their agents are fit to let houses. It provides the local authority with powers to ensure that landlords who do not act in a 'fit and proper' manner are prevented from letting, unless they are willing to improve their approach.  

It also gives local authorities powers to take specific action against landlords who do not take reasonable steps to manage any antisocial behaviour caused by their tenants.
